Will Richardson TEDx

Will continues to be a thought leader for me. He pushes me to resist a world filled with standards, standardized tests, and workbooks. There are times in our careers as school leaders when it would be easy to give in to the pressure and lose focus on the mission, and we need a reminder that doing things the hard way and having innovative ideas is central to the future as well as the growth of excellent kids. As I head to the Missouri Principals Fall Conference, I wish that all of the folks in the room would have a chance to watch the thoughts and ideas of Will Richardson and feel a new armor for next week in our battle for doing education the right way.
